By using JobPilot you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
JobPilot helps you discover jobs, draft and tailor applications, and learn through hands-on courses. Some features require a paid Pro subscription.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. You must activate your account via email before logging in.
3. Free and Pro plans
- Free — latest roles from a limited set of companies, plus a limited number of automatic applications per day.
- Pro — unlimited jobs, all companies, daily reminders, and unlimited automatic applications, billed monthly.
4. Payments & cancellation
Payments are processed by Razorpay. You can cancel anytime from your account; you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use & human-in-the-loop
Our apply-agent drafts applications but never submits without your review and approval. You are responsible for the content you submit to employers. Don't misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.
6. Disclaimer
JobPilot is provided "as is". We don't guarantee job outcomes, interviews, or offers.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
